NEW WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Effective:
February 1, 2002 For
Residential Use Only: Tub-Master, L.C. ("TM") warrants
to the original purchaser that TM tub and shower doors are free from defects in
material or workmanship for a period of (2) two-years from the date of purchase,
provided they are installed and maintained according to TM recommended
maintenance and installation instructions. This limited warranty is void
if door is altered or is maintained with improper cleaning agents or
chemicals. Written notification of warranty claim must be made within the
(2) two-year period through an authorized TM Dealer or directly to TM. For
products distributed but not manufactured by Tub-Master, please refer to the
manufacturer's warranty. In the event
a defect in material or workmanship is discovered, TM shall determine after
inspection has been completed by its authorized agent, by its sole discretion,
whether the product is defective and, if so, whether to repair or replace the
door or parts. Replacement is limited to supplying a replacement door or
part and does not include cost of shipping, installation, or other associated
costs. There is no other express
warranty. There are no implied warranties including those of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for
consequential and incidental damages under any and all warranties are excluded
to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of
exclusion may not apply to you. This
limited warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and may give the
consumer other rights, which vary from state to state. For
Commercial Use Only: Limited warranty is same for Residential Use
above, except that warranty period is limited to (1) one-year from date of
original purchase. Damaged
Goods: TM is not responsible for customer-damaged units.
Some TM doors are custom-designed according to the customer's specifications and
TM cannot be held responsible for incorrect specifications. Any units
delivered with visible damage should be REFUSED. Concealed damage should
be reported immediately. WARRANTY
